In my coaching sessions, I ask thought provoking questions to help my clients better understand what they want to achieve, the resources they have and any obstacles that might stand in their way. I like to bring empathy and humor to my sessions with my clients and create an environment where they can be open and honest about themselves.

I have more than 25 years of experience working primarily in the healthcare and consulting industries at firms including McKinsey, ZS Associates and Sg2.  I have worked in talent acquisition, human resources, coaching and career development. In my roles, I have advised people going through career transitions and those navigating challenges in their current roles. I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Board Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education and a Kellogg MBA.
